Same-day service is subject to availability and may include an emergency surcharge. The earlier in the day you call, the better the chance of fitting you in.

Common Emergency Situations and What to Do First

Wasp nest above a door	Use a different door if possible. Keep pets and children indoors. Don't seal the opening.
Yellowjacket ground nest	Mark the spot from a safe distance. Keep mowers and pets away.
Rat or mouse in the kitchen	Put away food, close pet food. Don't set out poison if you have pets or children.
Cockroaches in a restaurant kitchen	Continue prep in a separate area if possible. Note locations of sightings.
Bed bugs found in a suite	Do not move bedding or furniture to another room. Don't fog or bug-bomb.

If we can't make a same-day visit, we'll let you know the soonest realistic appointment and give you steps to take in the meantime to reduce the risk — for example, how to safely avoid a wasp nest entrance, how to prevent rodent activity from spreading further, or how to prep a unit for bed bug treatment so the eventual service is more effective.
