Before the Visit
- Note where the pest activity has been seen
- Take photos if you can do so safely
- Secure pets in a separate room or arrange for them to be away
- Clear access to the areas needing inspection or treatment
- Mention any household members with allergies, sensitivities, or specific concerns
For Specific Services
- Bed bugs: avoid moving bedding or furniture between rooms; follow the prep list we send
- Wasps: do not disturb or block the nest entrance
- Rodents: secure pet food and bird seed before the visit
- Cockroaches: follow the prep list we send for kitchens or food-service areas
During the Visit
We will walk through the issue, inspect the affected areas, explain what was found in plain language, and recommend the next step. We will tell you about re-entry guidance and any follow-up before leaving.
